I am sure you have heard of BIOTIN. Most people describe it as the secret to
long hair among other hair supplements. here's a little 411 on the biotin;
Biotin is necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and the metabolism of fats
and amino acids. Biotin is often recommended as a dietary supplement for
strengthening hair and nails, though scientific data supporting

Now everyone has been talking about Biotin how it works,
i was curious but from the some of the bad reviews i was a little scared.
Luckily i always do research on everything i use whether its going in or on my body. Biotin comes in different amounts but it has been recommended if its being used for hair growth 5,000mcg is best to use.

Issuficient water intake while taking biotin can cause acne. It is best to start with a lower amount of mcg before moving up to a higher dose.
MY REVIEW
After hearing about the good and the bad about Biotin, i finally decided to buy it; not to take in internally but to add it to my oils. i figured if it works just ask good I wouldn need to worry about side effecs. Unfotunately the experiment didn't really work.
So after a while of having this bottle at home doing nothing, i decided to take it with my multivitamins. In the morning on my way to work I take both together.
RESULTs
Now that part will have to wait since it has only
been two or three weeks on and off.....
