Hair Question....Answer

This is a nice conversation/ hair update with me and my Bff. I love when ppl ask question because it urges me to do more research, help them and see also what else i need to add to my regimen. Alright here we go...

What hair products do u use again? And where can I find it?

 - Well i use numerous products for now. I have a previous post about my hair regimen down below {wink wink). Im still on the search for a moisturizing shampoo with no sulfate and no mineral oil, until them im using treseme, it does have sulfate but it does not strip my hair of moisture. For conditioner i rotate the treseme for hair breakage and the VO5 moisture milk which i use for cowashing. And i always add EVOO or coconut oil to my conditioners for extra moisture.
Sulfate- strips your hair of all moisture and anything you previously added to it
Mineral Oil- Block any moisture from nourishing the hair and scalp. its pointless to have a moisturizer with mineral   oil. yuck!

I was watching one of ur vids with te castors oil and stuff*the one with the castor oil and what is evoo?

EVOO- extra virgin olive oil
Coconut oil- open your pores nourishes the scalp. good for hair growth.

Oh ok ... Ur hair looked mad healthy lol since the wedding (July) it grew bak a lot !!! But I really like the oil treatment u were doing shampoo wise I'm still using the biotin shampoo from GNC it's really good..

After my braids my hair got weak again but its back to normal, I condition once a week nowBiotin is good for the hair, im gonna look into that.

Click here for My hair update from b4 the wedding n on..

I haven't permed it since the wedding (July)!!! But I need to start treatin it Bc it's growing but it's mad dry o I kno I need some kind of moisture

Dryness=Breakage.
you need oil treatments, deep conditioner. and moisturizing and sealing your hair every night, but i only do it every other night if i have a weave in i oil my scalp with Castor oil or Wild growth oil.

Click here for my  Hot oil treatment

U perm ur own hair or u get it done

I do everything my self except for trim.

Oh never mind I messed myself up tryna perm I think that's the only thing that I won't be doing anymore! Do u wrap/set urself too if so how?

I stretch my perms last time was 4 month, i had braids in so my hair got tangled. now im going for 3 minimum i don't wanna risk it. i don't know how to roller set so i used to blow dry, flat iron and wrap but since my hair journey i haven't used any heat on my hair so i wet wrap. first time i did it it came out very straight and shiny.

-I have a couple links on my blog about building a regimen, whatever i can do do help let me know.

-my first step into all this was watching YouTube videos so good luck

How To Build a Hair Regimen

I found this post on http://voices.yahoo.com/hair-regimen-building-newbies-408289.html?cat=69, it is very informative. it contains all the steps and the products needed for a good regiment. During my journey, i was moisturizing and sealing 3 days a week a week because im so lazy. Not only that and i also realized i was using the wrong moisturizer so i have to change it and also i wasn't using any protein because im so scared of my hair falling out:)
I am sharing this info with you and my self then i will choose my products and update you.

One Size Does Not Fit All
As you progress in your hair knowledge, you will soon discover that very few things about hair care are sound gospel. Even the tips in this article are only presented as guides and suggestions to help you on your way! The simple fact is that hair is seasonal. Our hair experiences changes from day to day and week to week depending on a myriad of influencing factors including: humidity, hard water, and bitter cold or sizzling hot temperatures. Hair that was thoroughly moisturized and hydrated one week may become excessively dry and lifeless the next. A regimen that does not take these circumstances into consideration is ultimately a recipe for failure.
Let's Begin!
There are two main types of product categories: protein based products and moisture based products. A rule of thumb is: The more you do to your hair chemically, the more of both protein and moisture you will need.
***************************************************************************
You will select one or two products from each category below. A list of product examples or suggestions is also included below, but keep in mind that this list is by no means exhaustive. There are just far too many products to list! Building a good regimen also means that you will need to experiment with a wide variety of products before you find The Ones! You will need:
1 Moisturizing Shampoo:
This product should be used once or twice weekly depending on your schedule. The best moisturizing shampoos are sodium/ammonium lauryl sulfate free and do not leave the hair feeling stripped, tangly, or squeaky, squeaky clean. These shampoos are gentle cleansers that leave the hair feeling soft and detangled.
Examples: Crème of Nature (red and green label) Shampoo, Neutragena Triple Moisture Cream Lather Shampoo, Softsheen Breakthru Shampoo , Dax Vegetable Oil Shampoo, Kenra Moisturizing Shampoo, Design Essentials Moisture Retention Conditioning Shampoo, Aveda Sap Moss Shampoo, Queen Helene Mint Julep Shampoo, Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo, Aubrey Organics, Abba Creme Moist shampoo, Neutrogena Triple Moisture Shampoo, Elasta QP creme conditioning shampoo, Jason Natural, Salon Selectives Completely Drenched
1 Clarifying Shampoo/ and or Chelating Shampoo if you are a swimmer or have hard water:
This product should be used once per month, or twice per month if you use heavy products/greases oils quite often. Clarifying shampoos strip the hair of product buildup and are great for starting the hair off fresh each month. Your hair will and SHOULD feel squeaky, squeaky clean after clarifying.
Examples: Kenra Clarifying Shampoo, Pantene Pro-V Purity Shampoo, Infusium 23 Moisturizing Shampoo, Suave shampoos (entire line), V05 shampoos (entire line), Shampoo Three' by Paul Mitchell, Aveda Detox, RESOLVE® Chelating Shampoo from Joico, Elucence Moisture Acidifying Shampoo, Nexxus Aloe Rid Shampoo, Nexxus -Phyto Organics Kelate Purifying Shampoo, Ouidad Water Works Shampoo, Artec Texturline Daily Clarifying Shampoo
1 Moisturizing and 1 Protein- based Deep Conditioner:
This should follow your moisturizing shampoo at every wash. Use of your protein or moisture based product should depend on what your hair needs at the time. (See my Hair Breakage article for more details on this topic.) I recommend deep conditioning for 30-45 minutes once per week, preferably with heat (hooded dryer). If you wash your hair twice weekly, only one of those washes need to be a deep conditioning. You can simply apply your deep conditioner for 10-15 minutes with or without heat for that second weekly washing.
Examples: (Moisturizing) Crème of Nature Nourishing Conditioner, Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner, Nexxus Humectress, Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner, Dove Intense Moisture, Neutragena Triple Moisture Daily Conditioner, Neutragena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Mask, Elucence Moisture Balancing conditioner, Keracare Humecto, Mizani Moisturefuse, Elasta QP DPR-11 (Protein) Any Instant Conditioner like Suave and V05 (light/mild), Got2B Soft 1 Minute Emergency (light/mild), Rusk Sensories 60 second Revive (light/mild), ORS replenishing pak (light/mild), Garnier Fructis Long N Strong (mild), Motions Moisture Silk Protein conditioner (mild), Aubrey Organics GPB (mild/moderate), Mane N tail (moderate/heavy)
Protein Treatments:Used for rebuilding the hair. Frequency of use depends on the strength of the treatment you are using and the level of damage you are attempting to correct. Please follow manufacturer's instructions for these products! Some protein reconstructors have specific time schedules and directions for use. Select one (1) protein treatment on the light to mild end of the spectrum for light touch ups and select another (1) protein treatment on the moderate to heavy end for more intense protein conditioning. Protein reconstructors should be followed by moisturizing deep conditioners to restore moisture and pliability to the hair.
Examples: Joico K-Pac (mild), Aphogee 2 Min Keratin Recon. (mild/moderate), Elasta Qp Anti Breakage serum, LeKair Cholesterol (mild/moderate), Motions CPR(mild/moderate), Nexxus Emergencee (moderate), Nexxus Keraphix (moderate), ORS Mayo (moderate), Elucence Extended Moisture Repair, Affirm 5 n 1, Dudley's DRC (heavy), Aphogee Treatment for Damaged Hair (heavy)
Leave In Conditioner (1 Moisturizing and 1 Protein): Used after washes, or may be used as a daily water-based moisturizer!
Examples: (Moisture)
Neutragena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave in, Profectiv Anti-Tangle Leave In, Kenra Daily Defense (Protein) Infusium 23, Cantu Shea Butter Leave In, Salerm 21(moisture w/ protein), Mane N Tail (Conditioner can also be used as leave in), Profectiv Break Free Leave In, Elasta QP Oil Recovery Moisturizer
Water-Based Moisturizer (1 Moisturizing and 1 Protein): Used for daily moisture supplementation. The best water-based moisturizers are products that do not contain mineral oil, petrolatum, or lanolin. I recommend moisturizing the hair once or twice per day, at night before bed and once again in the morning.
Examples:(Moisture) Organic Root Stimulator (ORS) olive oil, ORS carrot oil, Luster's S-Curl, StaSoFro, Hollywood Beauty Carrot and Olive Oil, Most Braid Sprays, all of the leave in conditioners mentioned above can double as moisturizers! (Protein) Cantu Shea Butter Break Cure, Cantu Shea Butter Grow Strong, Elasta QP Mango Butter, Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioner, Profectiv Mega Growth, Profectiv Healthy Ends, Salerm 21
Natural Oils: Used for sealing in water based moisturizers and helping improve the shine and pliability of the hair. Simply apply a light coating of the oil to the ends of the hair first, and work your way up. A dime sized amount should be enough for your entire head of hair. You don't want limp oily hair! Examples: Coconut oil, Olive oil, Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Carrot oil, Tea Tree Oil, Castor Oil, Vatika Oil, Amla Oil
Essential Oils (optional):Scalp stimulants! These must be diluted in a heavier, carrier oil because they are extremely potent. Sweet almond and jojoba are my carrier oil favorites. Only a few drops need to be used. per application They can also be added to conditioners, moisutirzers, leave ins, and shampoos. They are great for scalp massages, and very regimen friendly! Examples: Rosemary, Peppermint, Thyme, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Cedar Wood
Other hair tools:
Wide and medium toothed seamless comb
A boar or soft bristle brush- (optional)
Hair pins/clips
Rollers
Satin Scarf, Bonnet, and or Satin Pillowcases (for night care)
Plastic Shower Caps (for deep conditioning)
A pair of shears (be sure that they are only used for hair)
A ceramic flatiron *optional* (and heat protectant product)
Protective Styling Protective styling should be part of any hair growing regimen. A protective style is any style that reduces hair manipulation/combing, cuts back on heat use, or keeps the hair up and off of the shoulders. Buns, spiral curls, rollersets, braids, twistouts, and clipped up/updo styles are all examples of popular protective styles. Some ladies wear protective styles daily, while others reserve these styles for certain days during the week. Keeping the ends protected from the elements is absolutely essential for faster hair health and growth results, so I advise protective styling the hair more often during the week than not.
Heat Reduction Another critical component for building a healthy hair regimen is reducing your heat use! Heat destroys protein bonds in the hair and depletes your hair's moisture content. Frequent use of heating tools, even with heat protectants, can spell disaster for your hair. Hooded dryers offer the safest heat you'll find, but even those have hot spots that may damage your hair over time. If you must use heat, only use one heating implement at a time. and ALWAYS use a product that specifically states that it is to be used for heat protection. For example, air dry your hair and then flatiron, or blow dry your hair and then bun it up. Limit your use of heat to once weekly, or less if possible.
Sit Back and Take an Honest Look
Just as it is equally important to know which methods to incorporate and use, you must also know when to stop and re-evaluate your methods. When something is not working for you, your hair will let you know either by feeling dry, breaking, or not showing any new length after a given time. It may take you weeks or even months of trial and error to get your regimen customized enough for you to start showing some progress, but it will come. For many of us, it took years of mishandling to get our hair to the place it was, so it will take time to get it back on track! Hope you found this article to be a great starting point!
Good Luck!

MiiZd33 Hair Regiment

Please be Advise, this regiment works for me. your regiment depends on your hair texture and all that applies. Every one hair is different and after all trials and error i found something for me (i think)

8/29/2011
That is the date of when i started my hair journey. After watching 101 videos on you tube of people growing their own hair down to their bra strap. After my hair was broken off and extremely damage something had to be done. these videos motivated me and on that day i vow to take care of my hair seriously and try my best to keep track of it all. Since the end of august i only had a perm twice and its been 5 months (yay) January 29th mark 6 months of my hair journey. i really have not been consistent with length check picture but i will do one soon.

Here's my hair Regiment (so far)

Mondays:
Conditioner wash (co-wash) with moisture plus Vo5 conditioner + olive Oil + coconut Oil. I leave it in with a shower cap for 45 to 1 hr and then rinse off
I then braid my hair in section for a wavy look for the next day.
Thursdays or Fridays
I prepoo( pre shampoo) my hair with coconut oil, leave it in for an hour and rinse.
shampoo with treseme for breakage twice
Deep Condition with tresemme for breakage + Olive Oil + Castor Oil (JBCO) leave in with shower cap for 1hr then rinse
Air dry
Moisturize with cream of nature moisturizer
 and Seal with castor oil
Then apply JBCO to scalp in sections
i then wrap my hair while wet for a straight look.

because i have oil in my cowash i don't really need to moisturize my hair stay shiny and healthy until my next wash.
i try to oil my scalp daily and i always add oils to my conditioner's,
any question please feel free!!! Good luck on your hair journey!!!

Hair Oils!!! (Castor Oil)

During my months of research i keep noticing one main thing in everyone's regiment OILS!!!. It was interesting to me and they were using so many diff ones, avocado, tee tree, castor, coconut, and more. The product we use all have these oils in them but according to research it works better to have to oil in its most natural form and apply to the hair. these oils can be used for hot oil treatment, deep conditioning, washing, pre-poo (pre-shampoo)  and co-wash (conditioner wash). all the oils do something differently but in the most interesting way.

this first one i will talk about is CASTOR OIL!!

Most ppl say all castor oil are the same but i beg to differ. I have been using JBCO (Jamaican Black Castor Oil) for some time now and i love it even tho it cost 8 dollars i make it last and it works. this is a video showing the wonders it did for me  Click here! my hair on the side completely fell out last year and wild growth oil and castor oil brought it back..

heres some info from Hairoils.net about castor oil:

Castor Oil for hair has been an age old remedy for many hair issues, however everyone seems to think that any old castor oil will do, regular castor oil may have some benefits but it is recommended to get a quality kind of Castor oil for hair.
When discussing castor oil for hair and it benefits it is first important to know exactly what castor oil is.  This oil is extracted from the seed of a castor plant.  This oil contains many ingredients that are not only great for hair but other issues as well.  Some of the ingredients in castor oil for hair are vitamin E and minerals; castor oil also contains some anti-viral and anti-fungal properties.   One of the best things about using castor oil for hair is that is has anti-inflammatory properties that assist the scalp and hair
One of the biggest benefits is using castor oil for hair growth.  Castor oil stimulates the scalp helping improve blood circulation that leads to healthier looking hair and growth.  Good circulation is vital to hair growth, by having good circulation to your scalp you roots and hair follicles will be properly nourished.

JBCO.com:

Over the years, Jamaicans have been using castor oil as their home grown remedy for medicinal purposes, as well as skin care, hair care and everyday aches and pains. It is now being used by many African Americans to moisturize, thicken, strengthen and increase their hair growth. Today, Jamaican Black castor Oil has crossed over into other ethnic groups, and is now being used widely for some of the same purposes as well as new found uses, including eyelash and eyebrow hair growth and as a massage oil. This is a versatile oil that carries many varied uses.

althought its called JBCO, people seems to not acknowledge the fact that Haiti also have castor oil which is the same as the Jamaican one and use for everything including hair. its call L'huil Maskreti

Hope you enjoyed and Learned something:)

4 month Post relaxer!!!!

Hello, I know its been a while.

i had decided to put senegalese twist in my hair because of all the new growth i was getting due to my JBCO (yay). my senegalse twist which i did my self are down to my lower bak :). I took them out on Saturday night because it about that time. it really helped me strech my relaxer because idk how i would have been able to do it. I AM 4 MONTHS POST RELAXER!!!!. My hair is finally back to normal after so much treatment and manipulation.
This is what i came up with after my research...
-them out and detangle,
-do a prepoo with conditioner, avocado oil and olive oil. leave it in for 1hr and do my wash with V05
-do either a deep conditioner with oils added or an oil treatment. and leave it over night.
it was a whole lot more but this is what i actually did. It kinda work for me but i need better.

This is what actually happened

i took my braids out. I detangles with a water spray bottle and it worked. then i mixed my pre-poo treatment: olive oil mezani conditioner, and JBCO, i mix it and warm it up and apply to my hair and left it in for about an hour.

rince in out and shampoo my hair with treseme clarifying 3x i towel dried my hair and mix my deep conditioner; treseme conditionner, mezani moisture, olive oil, avocado oil, and JBCO i warmed it up and apply to my towel dried hair and this is where it got real for me.....
My whole head was knotted, i let it sit for an hour and rinsed it out but it had already done damage so i had to sit there and detangle and watch my hair come out my scalp.
i apple coconut oil and JBCO.

Right now
my hair is nice and moisturized i went and got cream of nature moisturizer with argan oil, i had a bread out every two night i moisture and seal:)

hope this can help you.
One only learn by doing! so Do!

Its ok to dream right...

Dreamy huh? As everyday goes by we work on our fairy tale, we dream, we plan, we draw. in fact everything is all planned all we need is McDreamy our Prince.

My McDreamy-

Shoes-Im an Addict

sooo just like every other girl. I LOVE SHOES!! i feel like im am addicted, its crazy that i would be having a bad day at work and all i have to do is look up some banging shoes on the internet and im good.
so, im tired of goin around shopping for shoes, if the price are decent then the shoes are bad or the shoes are just over priced. soo i found this website justfab.com their shoes are banging. my first time on it they gave me 50% percent off and of course the addict that i am, i took the offer and ordered these
i waited for about a week before they came. OMG they the banginest shoes i ever seen but unfortunately they were too small. the web runs small in sizes so i needed a 9 instead of an 8 1/2, my toes were hangin off lol. so i stalked to website because aparently they were " out of stock" so a week later i got them to order it for me and they been shipped as of yesterday!!! i cant wait to wear the hell out of them cuz of course i will be the only one with them on so WHY NOT!!

[Pre-Poo] week2 of my hair journey

While researching to modify my hair journey, i ran into some weird words like "pre-poo"and "cowash". As i did more research i find out pre-poo is pre-shampoo and cowash is conditioning wash.
--Now this is the week 2 of my hair journey yay!!! yesterday was a wash day and it is recommend to do a pre-poo the night before every wash. you can pre-poo over night or for 30 min to an hr b4 your wash. afterwork i did my pre-poo....

the products i used :
treseme conditionner
doo gro growth oil
Jamaican black castor oil (JBCO)
i mixed all them in one container and heat it up and applied to my hair put a shower cap and let it marinate for an hr in my hair follicles.
Now to washing...
i washed my hair. and deep condition for 45 min without heat.
i then let my hair air dry and then i moisture and sealed and grease my scalp with JBCO
the result:
my hair never felt so healthy so quick.
Here's more info...for you!
What does it mean to pre-poo?
It in essence is a pre-wash deep treatment, either overnight or for a an hour or more, under heat or without heat, on dry dirty hair. Prior to your shampoo/conditioner wash, you apply either a set of oils, or a conditioning blend (like light cheapie conditoner mixed with some oils and honey) to your hair, to allow it to loosen some and in the hopes of it becoming even softer when your whole wash/condition process is done.

Why pre-pooing is beneficial?
When you pre-poo you give dried, fried, “dead” hair a chance to revitalize it’s self. You allow the hair to get extra moisture. The castor oil will add a ton of neccessary moisture to dry hair, and after your first co-wash it will leave your hair still feeling moist.

It also adds strength to the hair by re-enforcing what’s needed..moisture. For curly, kinky, wavy hair types, it gives the hair that needed shine, and allow its to be supple.

ENJOY!!!

5steps to Long Hair

5 Easy Steps To Longer Healthier Relaxed Hair

Long silky relaxed hair

Learn how to take care of your relaxed hair for optimum growth

Here are 5 easy ways to get your chemically relaxed hair to grow and grow!
1. Deep Conditioning Treatments – This is key in the health of your relaxed hair. Moisture promotes elasticity which is important in making the hair resilient to damage. Relaxed hair loves deep conditioning treatments. A deep conditioner is any good natural conditioner left on for 20-30 minutes (even overnight for some). It is always best to use heat with a deep conditioner. Heat makes the hair shaft swell up hence it absorbs more moisture. Heat can be added with a hair steamer, hooded dryer (with a plastic heat cap) or even with a warm towel tied around the head. The deep conditioning treatment should be rinsed well from the hair and always end with a cold water rinse. The cold water makes the hair cuticle close keeping all that lovely moisture inside the shaft.

2. ‘Seal’ the moisture in – The most common way to do this is with oils. A light natural oil used sparingly concentrating on the ends will keep the hair soft and moisturized all day. The principle behind this is that oil molecules are larger that water molecules. The oil molecules coat the shaft of the hair after the deep conditioning treatment hence locking the water molecules inside. A good natural oil that can be used for sealing is coconut oil. Never use petroleum products on the hair and never use oils if you are going to heat-style your hair afterwards. When using heat you should use a silicone based heat protecting serum that will do the same thing by both coating the hair shaft to keep moisture in and absorb most of the heat from your heat tools.

3. Daily moisture – After a long day, it is not uncommon for relaxed hair to feel a bit dry. If you deep condition and seal your hair regularly you may be able to keep your hair moisturized for days at a time but like anything left out in the elements, after a while it will lose some of its moisture. It is a good habit to get into moisturizing your hair daily. It a quick painless process! All you need is a good oil-free hair lotion (The first ingredient must be water). A coin-sized amount is enough for shoulder length hair, a touch more for longer tresses. Follow this on with a few drops of your oil to seal and this should keep your hair soft for the next 24 hours if not longer. No need to be concerned that your lovely new flat ironing job will be ruined by adding a water-based product to it. Remember, you only need a small amount which is unlikely to affect your style and you may wrap your hair afterwards to keep it straight and bouncy. You may also opt to apply the moisturizer only to the ends of the hair as this is the oldest part or the hair and tends to get drier faster.

4. Protein Treatments – Protein is just as important to hair as moisture is. All hair is made up of protein so when hair becomes damaged by heat tools or hair is over-moisturized; a deep protein treatment can work wonders. Protein will fill in the gaps or cracks in the hair shaft hence strengthening the structure. Some good protein treatments will even stop breakage immediately! These treatments are only required when serious breakage is occurring or when breakage is foreseen e.g. getting a chemical service, you can get the protein treatment to prevent any breakage after the service. If the hair is already in a good state then an occasional protein treatment helps give the hair the added strength it needs. You can buy light protein shampoos or conditioners or raid the kitchen and crack an egg into your usual conditioner for that added bit of protein!

5. Using the correct tools for your hair – Relaxed hair tends to be very fragile when wet. You should never brush or use a small tooth comb on your hair. Only use a wide tooth comb to detangle or comb products through. It is best to avoid manipulating the hair too much until it is mostly dry. Even when the hair is dry use a brush sparingly opting rather for your trusty wide tooth comb for styling purposes. Many are now adept at finger styling and avoid using a comb altogether! Heat tools should also be avoided where possible. Relaxed hair can be straightened quite easily by wrapping when wet and letting it air dry overnight. Alternatively a good roller set will give you straight silky results without excessive heat. If a flat iron must be used, make sure it has a temperature control and use the lowest temperature at which you can get good results. If you use a straightening balm or serum on the hair, very little heat is required to smooth out the hair.
With these tips in a few short months you are sure to move your hair to heights never expected. Hair grows from 6-10 inches per year. Take regular quarterly pictures of your progress to show you how much the health and length of your hair has increased. Anyone can have waist length hair. Why shouldn’t it be you?

Loose yourself? and love her?...

Last week i posted my second blog and it was about "Forgetting about your self and focus on your partner" and some one commented saying
"If being with someone requires you to forgetting about yourself and focus on your partner, then doesn't that make you unhappy at the end? "
You cant be your complete self and loving and being insync with someone else, somethings has to be change i guess thats why some people say you have to loose yourself to love better. how can you expect to be the same person you were because and still try to deal with another personality. how can you still act out with your boys and come home to your girl later and act the same. how can you wild-out with your girls and act the same with your man. When you'r involved with someone, it means you willing to compromise your characteristics to make it work. Adam lost his rib to get Eve.you loose yourself or part of you to become one with the one you love. its no longer about you, its about both of you.

-*im not an expert just optimistic*-

some quotes and bible verses. Hope you all enjoy and apply them to your [love] life...

the lyrics to this chorus are" i had to loose myfelf so i can love you better"

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. (NIV)
Ephesians 5:33
However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband. (NIV)

Your my goal too hun,

The woman is always known to be overly-sensitive, demanding and needy. but in reality we just know what we want and we doing our best to get it. The only valid complaint is the fact that we always want it all. we have this picture in our head and we want it to play out exactly the way we see it. So yes we put in work for it, we try to change to guys or mold them some of us would say. We try to "help" them, starting with the outside and working our way in, just so we can get that perfect person. Its not that they don't love you some women just want that extra. But that sucks because in the end we always the ones loosing, no matter how much work we put in. Some may say its our fault because we trying so hard to change a person when its not possible. Or we doing too much, we care to much. But think about it, we have goals right? we allowed to plan our future the way we want right because isn't that the purpose of goals, to know the who, what, when, where of our future. We work to in order to gain experience for our future in order to make money and be happy. So why do we have to alter the little things about our dream guy n have to put up wit the negativity and "hope" for happiness. Why do women got judge because we know what we want and trying to achieve that goal?? Isn't like working at different jobs and gaining experience, but instead of kissing all these frogs to get our prince, we help that lost frog to be our prince.... No?
I'm just saying....

-i dnt agree with changing a man, im all for accepting the person as they are but in terms of goals and being happy; why cant everyone get what they want??

On our side...

Being with someone is the hardest things you could even done in your life. It requires you forgetting about your self and focusing on that person. Its no longer about you and it all becomes you "US". God knew what he was doin when he gave Adam Eve. Eve was He's all, he care and listened to her, it wasn about him anymore it became about her, hence the fruit story from the bible. Even though being with some one is hard, the smiles make it all worth it. knowing that you have a life partner, who always on your side no matter what is a great feeling. its great that you dont have to deal with all your fears alone, they are there for you every step of the way.

"Gratitude"

Thankful for relaxation, complication,
Hivination and irritation
Succlusion, confusion are my impurities
And securities
Cause I know it`s god just perfecting me
That`s why I today I take my life as it come
